Meet the Managing Director…..

Richard Solomon has been a franchise litigator and counselor for over 38 years, representing franchisees and franchisors. He was lead counsel for the franchisees in the landmark franchise case MacAlpine et al v Aamco Automatic Transmissions, Inc., which established the first federal court precedent recognizing that franchisees have a constitutionally protected right under the First Amendment to associate and deal as a group with their common problems, including problems of franchisor abuse. He is widely known in the franchise bar as a lawyer who has fought without mercy for franchisee rights.
